Some things about me . . .

Writing is a passion, but music has always played an important role in my life since I was a wee little one. I sang with groups through high school and college, then served as a vocalist with a contemporary worship band for eighteen years. Blessed with two married daughters, one grown stepdaughter, and four gorgeous grandchildren, I live with my husband in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. The forest is my happy place, and I love spending time in the mountains.

Some of my favorite things include dark chocolate, popcorn, strong coffee, cinnamon, family time, and Masterpiece Theatre.

My work has been published in the Christian Fiction Online Magazine, Backyard Friends, The One Year Life Verse Devotional (Tyndale), A Joyful Heart: Experiencing the Light of His Love (Guideposts), and featured on the radio ministry, The Heartbeat of the Home.

In 2010, I launched Faithfully Write Editing and soon moved from part-time to full-time freelance editing. I provided critiquing, copyediting, substantive editing, and proofreading services for writers. I “retired” from editing in 2022 and closed that business.

Memberships/Affiliations include American Christian Fiction Writers and Northwest Christian Writers Association.
